If the purchase is not delivered immediately after completing the payment process, please fully close and reopen the game. The game will automatically check for any missing purchases on the launch, and add the missing Bird Coins.
If the purchase is still not correctly delivered, please check your purchase history from the store to make sure the payment went through correctly. You can then take a screenshot of the purchase receipt and send it to us through the in-game support: open Settings > Support > click on top right corner (iOS) or bottom right corner (Android) to create a new ticket.
